Returns

Due to the nature of dental equipment and medical instruments, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order

  • The product has manufacturing defects

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return. Please share clear photos and details of the issue to help us review your request.

Returned items must:

  • Be in unused and original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices

  • Not show any signs of installation, usage, or damage caused by improper handling

MetroDent India reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving the return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges, installation charges, and handling fees may not be refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Customized or special-order equipment

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours and share images of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
